The objective
Dynamic leaders deliver transformational change - who better to learn from than each other. This is the network where leaders find inspiration and solutions to their biggest utility challenges. The 300 Water Leaders aims to convene leaders facing similar challenges and facilitate peer-learning through workshops, co-development groups and online meetings.

Co-Development
Programme
Co-development groups are confidential meetings, in this case between utility CEOs, that aim to explore common issues to learn from each other and collectively improve practices. Confidentiality is core to the practice to ensure a trusting and open space for discussion. An executive coach facilitates the process, but content is driven by participants.
Participants focus on concrete challenges they each face in their utilities; each CEO has the chance to be in the hotseat, exploring an issue specific to them.
We launched this first-of-its-kind Co-development Programme for members at the Global Water Summit in 2025. It consists of utility CEOs in regional groups gathering in-person three times a year and once online, to discuss the operational challenges keeping them up at night.
